Terms of service

These terms are the agreement between you and watchaiporn for using the site. By using watchaiporn you agree to them, to the content rules, and to the way we handle information described in the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

You can reach us at watchaiporn@protonmail.com. This address is also our single point of contact for users and for authorities.

Adults only

• You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view sexually explicit material where you live if the age there is higher. The site is not for anyone younger, and we delete accounts we learn belong to minors.
• You may only use the site where viewing adult content is legal, and you're responsible for following your local laws.
• Don't let minors access the site through your device or account. Parental control tools can help block adult sites.
• Where the law requires it, we may ask you to verify your age before you can use some or all of the site, and may limit access from certain places.

Your account

• You don't need an account to watch. To upload, comment, like, follow, or make pools you need an account with a verified email address.
• Give us a real email address that you control, and keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has access, and use Settings → Sign out everywhere.
• Keep your email account safe. A forgotten password is reset with a link we email to your verified address, so anyone with access to that inbox can take over your account. If you lose both your password and access to your email, we may not be able to give you back access.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell, or transfer accounts, and don't create accounts to get around a timeout or ban.
• Your sign-in username is private. Your display name is public, so don't use your real name, or a name that impersonates someone or breaks the content rules.

AI-generated content only

watchaiporn exists only for videos that are entirely generated by artificial intelligence. For every upload you confirm, and you promise us, that:

• the video is entirely AI-generated and contains no real footage or photographs of any person;
• it doesn't show, and isn't made from, based on, or made to resemble, any real and identifiable person (no deepfakes, face swaps, or "look-alikes"), whether or not that person agreed;
• every character is fictional and clearly an adult, in appearance and in context, whatever age is claimed;
• it follows the content rules and is legal where you are; and
• you have every right needed to upload it, including under the terms of any AI tool used to make it, and it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.

Because no real people are depicted, the site relies on the 18 U.S.C. 2257 exemption statement. Uploading content that makes that statement untrue is a serious breach of these terms.

What you may not do

• Anything involving minors. Any content, text, tag, name, or search that sexualizes minors or characters who appear to be minors, in any style. We report this to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with law enforcement.
• Real people. Real footage of anyone, deepfakes, intimate images of real people, or content that harasses, sexualizes, or reveals private information about a real person.
• Other illegal or harmful content: depictions of non-consensual acts presented as real, bestiality, incest, content promoting violence, terrorism, or hatred against protected groups, or anything else illegal where you or viewers are.
• Other people's rights: uploading content you don't have the rights to, or impersonating others.
• Spam and manipulation: spam comments or tags, misleading titles or tags, commercial promotion without our permission, or artificially inflating views, likes, or follows.
• Getting around protections: disguising blocked words, evading timeouts, bans, rate limits, or the age gate, or helping others do so.
• Harming the service: hacking, probing for vulnerabilities without permission, uploading malware, scraping or bulk downloading, overloading the site, or accessing other users' accounts or data.

Found a security problem? Tell us privately at watchaiporn@protonmail.com and give us reasonable time to fix it. We won't take action against good-faith research that avoids harming users or their data.

Your content and our licence

• You keep your rights. You keep whatever ownership rights you have in videos, text, and images you post.
• You give us a licence to run the site. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process (for example transcode into streaming formats, create thumbnails, and remove file metadata), display, and stream your content on the site, and to let other users watch it there, for as long as it's on the site. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that are overwritten within a short period, and anything we must keep by law (see the privacy policy).
• Visibility. Videos, comments, your display name, and profile picture are public. Pools are private until you make them public.
• No obligation to host. We don't have to keep any content online, and we don't guarantee backups: keep your own copies.
• Other users' content. Content posted by others belongs to them. You may watch it on the site for personal, non-commercial use only; don't download, re-upload, or redistribute it without the owner's permission.

Moderation and enforcement

We don't check everything before it's posted, but we use automated tools and human review to enforce these terms:

• Automated filtering. Words and phrases associated with prohibited content are blocked in titles, descriptions, tags, comments, names, and searches. Posts containing them are refused, and attempts are recorded as described in the privacy policy. Comments are rate-limited.
• Actions we may take: removing or hiding content, removing tags, a timeout (you can browse but not post) for a set period, signing you out of all devices, or a permanent ban. A person decides timeouts and bans.
• We choose the action based on how serious the breach is, whether it was deliberate, and your history. For content that sexualizes minors, or real people, we may ban immediately without warning, keep records, and report it.
• When we restrict your account or content, we'll tell you why and how to appeal, unless doing so is not allowed by law or would get in the way of preventing serious harm or an investigation.

Reporting content

If you see anything that breaks these terms or the law, use the Report button on the video, comment, profile, or pool. You don't need an account, and the person you report isn't told who reported them. Reports about minors, real people, or non-consensual content are marked urgent and reviewed first. You can also email watchaiporn@protonmail.com with:

• the link to the video, pool, or profile (and the comment text, if it's a comment);
• why you believe it's illegal or breaks the rules; and
• your name and email address (optional for reports of child sexual abuse material), plus a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate.

We review reports promptly, prioritize anything involving minors or real people, and let you know what we decided. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. You can also report child sexual abuse material directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline (US) or your national hotline. Knowingly false reports are a breach of these terms.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. Send notices by email to watchaiporn@protonmail.com. A notice must include:

• your physical or electronic signature, and your contact details;
• identification of the copyrighted work, and the link to the material you claim infringes it;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed material's link, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Complaints and appeals

If you disagree with a decision about your content or account, or with how we handled your report, email watchaiporn@protonmail.com within 6 months of the decision, explaining why. A person who wasn't involved in the original decision will review it, and we'll tell you the outcome. If you live in the EU, you may also be able to use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court; using our appeal process doesn't affect those rights.

The service and advertising

• The site is free to use. We may show advertising, including before videos, and may add, change, or remove features at any time.
• Streaming quality, availability, and upload processing aren't guaranteed. Uploads are limited in size and may fail to process.
• Links to other websites, including advertisers, aren't under our control, and we're not responsible for them.
• We may limit or suspend the site, fully or partly, for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

Ending your use

• You can stop using the site at any time, and delete your account and its content from Settings.
• We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Except for serious breaches or where the law doesn't allow it, we'll give you notice and the reason.
• Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends (such as your promises about content, the licence for backups and legal retention, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law) continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". Content is created by users, not by us, and we don't endorse it or guarantee that it's accurate, lawful, or suitable. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we don't promise the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that can't be excluded by contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from content posted by others. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to 100 US dollars (or the equivalent in your currency).

These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or gross negligence or intent. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, we are liable under the statutory provisions for damage we caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and otherwise only as required by applicable consumer law.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you posted or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows. This doesn't apply to consumers where local law doesn't permit it.

Governing law and disputes

If you have a concern or a dispute with us, please contact us first at watchaiporn@protonmail.com: most concerns can be solved quickly. If you're a consumer living in the EU, the UK, or another country whose law gives you that right, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes and contact

• We may update these terms, for example when we change the site or the law changes. We'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify account holders by email or on the site at least 15 days before they take effect, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or safety reasons. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the change applies.
• If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it.
• These terms, the content rules, and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over the site, and will tell you if we do.
