What this statement covers

This statement applies to watchaiporn and everything offered through it, including our website, online channels, products, and services, any affiliated websites that watchaiporn links or redirects users to, and all content found on any of them (together, the "Services").

How the content is made

All content on the Services is created entirely with artificial intelligence. Any images, videos, or other material that may be sexual in nature are products of AI technology. They are not performances by, or recordings of, real human beings.

Because the material is generated by AI, no real person takes part in producing it. Uploaders must confirm this for every video, and the content rules prohibit real footage, deepfakes, and face swaps.

Record-keeping requirements

Since no real human beings are involved in creating these depictions, the federal labeling and record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 do not apply to content on the Services.
